When you have placed your booking you will receive a booking confirmation email, outlining details of the course(s) you have booked and details of the participant(s) attending. The email will also contain your booking reference number. Please ensure you retain this email and bring it with you..
Unfortunately not, an email address is mandatory to make an online booking and to receive confirmation. If you would like to book, please contact our bookings team direct on 01248 673 943 and they will be able to process the booking and post the booking confirmation to you.

Our cancellation and refund policy is laid out in full in our terms and conditions of booking. Here is an overview of the key points. 1. The specified deposit is not refundable once a place has been confirmed, unless the course is cancelled by the Centre. 2. Refunds due to cancellation are in accordance with the terms and conditions of booking. 3. You shall be liable to pay seventy five per cent (75%) of the total course fees if less than six (6) weeks notice of cancellation is given; 4. you shall forfeit all fees if two (2) weeks or less notice of cancellation is given.
You are advised to insure against and check whether your own personal insurance policy provides cover against certain unavoidable cancellations.
