Booking FAQ's

• I am nervous about paying online. How secure is the website?

  We take security very seriously. All your personal details are encrypted securely through Verisign SSL and you will notice the booking pages start with https://. Online payments are processed by Iridium, a secure payment gateway and we do not store your credit or debit card information on our servers

• What booking confirmation will I receive?

  When you have placed your booking you will receive a booking confirmation email, outlining details of the course(s) you have booked and details of the participant(s) attending. The email will also contain your booking reference number. Please ensure you retain this email and bring it with you..

• I do not have an email address. Can I book online?

  Unfortunately not, an email address is mandatory to make an online booking and to receive confirmation. If you would like to book, please contact our bookings team direct on 01248 673 943 and they will be able to process the booking and post the booking confirmation to you.

• Do you have terms and conditions of booking?

  All our terms and conditions of booking are available online or on request from the centre. It is important you read and accept this conditions before confirming your booking. All bookings are bound by these terms and conditions.

• What is your cancellation and refund policy?

  Our cancellation and refund policy is laid out in full in our terms and conditions of booking. Here is an overview of the key points. 1. The specified deposit is not refundable once a place has been confirmed, unless the course is cancelled by the Centre. 2. Refunds due to cancellation are in accordance with the terms and conditions of booking. 3. You shall be liable to pay seventy five per cent (75%) of the total course fees if less than six (6) weeks notice of cancellation is given; 4. you shall forfeit all fees if two (2) weeks or less notice of cancellation is given.

• Do I require insurance?

  You are advised to insure against and check whether your own personal insurance policy provides cover against certain unavoidable cancellations.
