Triathlon Training 7.00pm-7.45pm
Tuesday - Set of 10 sessions. This class focuses on front crawl, developing your endurance, technique and pacing. The aim is to improve your swimming and increase your confidence making you ready to take on any distance event, whether in the pool, sea, lake or river. The sessions are laned and adapted according to ability. You will need to be able to swim lengths and have the fitness to handle 45mins of training.
